CASANOVA & CO. partnered with Built Inc a design/build studio from LA. as project manager and owner’s representative on several TI commercial hospitality projects across the country. Our role involved working closer with the owner and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from design to construction. We facilitated seamless communication between stakeholders, led OAC meetings, and ensured the construction critical path stayed on track. Additionally, we handled bid processes, formalized contracts with contractors, oversaw procurement, and coordinated with trades to deliver projects efficiently and within scope. Our expertise ensured that every detail aligned with the client’s vision while maintaining timelines and budgets.
